Hebrew Verbs: from Theory to Practice is intended to teach the verb system in Modern Hebrew to advanced students of the language. In the book you can find conjugation tables, profound explanations, exercises and answers and comprehensive dictionaries for verbs and roots.
The exercises in each chapter focus on the morphological, syntactic and semantic aspects of the verb. Each chapter also revolves around one content theme. A song is brought at the end of each chapter to sum up the morphology as well as the theme. At the end of the book you will find exercises which match the form of the grammar section of the Ptor exam of the Department for Hebrew Language Instruction at the Hebrew University.
